• Must be able to be self sufficient and identify shop tasks

Preferred candidates should have:

• An ability to quickly learn dynamics of our race shop
• Ability to be a problem solver with attention to detail
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Must be comfortable with utilizing shop tools
• Dependable and LONG TERM – we are aiming to find someone who wishes for this to be a career.
• Ability to work on a broad spectrum of projects
• Willingness to learn – we can train on any unfamiliarities
• Patience and strong ability to multi-task

*Computer and data analysis skills are a plus *

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in lead technician roles

Preferred candidates should have:

• Ability to coordinate and manage shop
• An ability to quickly diagnose issues
• Ability to be a problem solver with attention to detail
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Must be able to delegate shop tasks with other mechanics
• Must be able to train new mechanics and apprentice mechanics
• Passion for racing – (racing experience a plus)
• Alignment, fabrication, and welding skills a plus
• Experienced, dependable and LONG TERM – we are aiming to find someone who wishes for this to be a career.
• Ability to work on a broad spectrum of cars
• Willingness to learn
• Patience and strong ability to multi-task
• ASE Certifications
